My collection of hand signed Banknotes

I started my collection back in November 1999 when the Late First Minister of the Scottish Parliament, Donald Dewar, kindly signed for me a Royal Bank of Scotland Limited edition Scottish Parliament Pound note. Over the last several years I have expanded my collection to include International & historical hand signed banknotes.
